Why not take over half the Manor? Manor Farm House is available for exclusive use for Wedding Groups, Family Celebrations and Girlie Gatherings. We are perfectly located in this gorgeous Manor House in the centre of the pretty village of Norton St Philip. Fabulous pubs within minutes walk. If you are organising an event and want luxury in the heart of the countryside, yet within 15 minutes of Bath, The Manor Wing is perfect!
The Manor Wing can accommodate 10-15 guests and comprises of a huge entertaining room on the ground floor with wood burning stove, lots of comfy sofas, large smart TV, bluetooth music system and dining for 10-15 guests. There is a fully equipped 'secret kitchen' and a second kitchen on the top floor.
There are six bedrooms. On the first floor, 'The Mead' (6' double or twin) has a shower en suite. 'Lyde Green' (6' double plus 1 single) our four poster room and has a large en suite with separate bath and shower. Both these rooms have two large sunny windows overlooking the front of the manor.
The top floor has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and wonderful oak beams throughout. The 'Flowers' room (6' double or twin plus optional single bed) has an adjacent bathroom with bath and separate shower, ‘Monks room’ (5' double with optional 1 or 2 additional single beds) has a shower en suite. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed in the upstairs sitting room/bedroom adjoining a twin bedroom and a fully fitted kitchen on the top floor.
Perfect for extended families, wedding parties and groups of friends. 2 night minimum stay. Discounts available for longer stays.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Friday or Monday but we can be flexible. Arrival is from 4.00pm (earlier arrival can be arranged), departure is by 12.00 noon at weekends, 10.30am mid week.
Deposit
To confirm your booking we ask for a 30% deposit. (The deposit is non-returnable but would be refunded if we managed to re-let after a cancellation, less a £10 admin fee.) If we are in lockdown due to Covid 19 restrictions, you will receive a refund - please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
